9. Response Time Frame

Once you have submitted your request, we will confirm receipt of your request(s) within five (5) business days and try to provide a response within forty-five (45) calendar days. In situations of necessity and complexity, we may extend the response period up to an additional fifteen (15) calendar days. We will inform you about any extension and the reason within the initial 45-day period.

10. Retention Period

We retain personal information only as long as necessary and in alignment with our record-keeping schedules. Personal information may be retained to comply with applicable law, adhere to contractual requirements, in anticipation of litigation or a legal matter, or as otherwise necessary and proportionate to provide you with a product or service. When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. We will honor up to two free requests per calendar year per consumer.

Additional requests may incur a reasonable fee or, if manifestly unfounded or excessive, may be refused with explanation.
