Inspired by the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, this Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Chai brings together rich chocolate, creamy pistachio, and crunchy toasted kataifi with the warming kick of Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals and Prince of Peace Organic Black Tea. Cozy, nutty, and full of texture, it’s a delicious twist on chai that’s surprisingly easy to make at home.
Recipe: Ginger Honey Crystals Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Chai
Ingredients (1 serving):
Chai:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 black tea bag
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
- Ginger honey crystals (to taste)
- 1 tsp pistachio paste
Topping:
- 1/4 cup milk (for foam)
- 2-3 tsp kataifi
- 1 tsp butter or oil
Steps:
- Toast kataifi: Cook in butter/oil over medium-low heat until golden and crisp. Set aside.
- Make chai: Simmer milk, water, tea bag, and cardamom 4–5 minutes. Remove tea bag. Whisk in cocoa, ginger honey crystals, and pistachio.
- Foam: Heat milk and froth until thick.
- Assemble: Pour chai into mug, spoon foam on top, finish with toasted kataifi.
- Foam helps keep the kataifi crisp instead of sinking.
